Click on the above link to see that the school had a functioning website throughout the years, it was just blocked from web crawling due to its robot.txt file modification (actually all the schools in the district were unavailable on WayBack or archive due to this). CW Wade stated, "The Wayback machine DOES NOT monitor internet activity from a given facility.  The Wayback Machine crawls and archives webpages. It has nothing to do with "internet usage" of a facility. This is common knowledge; so Fetzer is simply intentionally passing along misinformation. SHES changed websites at least 3 times, thus accounting for most periods of inactivity. Fetzer only examines one of the websites.  However, the primary debunking is shown when examining all of Newtown's schools.  From Metabunk: Any website can change their settings to exclude archiving from Wayback Machine. Considering ALL Newtown School's are missing certain periods of time, its obvious the district web-masters disabled archiving. In any event Fetzer's claim that there is no "internet activity" is false on it's face and in fact flies in the face of logic because the Wayback machine simply does not measure Internet activity.   One wonders, why there is significant presence of Apple iPads and laptops within the school, if in fact there was no Internet usage.

Some people claimed there was foreknowledge of the event and that people created websites memorializing the victims before the shootings. A mistake that many people make is due to their lack of understanding on reconfigured domains and IP addresses. IP addresses and domain names are two different issues. When someone creates a domain name, he or she has to set up a DNS record for that domain to reside on an already existing IP address. An IP address is only a unique identifier for a computer that is connected to the internet. WHOIS reports the information based on the last updated information for the IP address connected to that domain name. Existing IP addresses are assigned to newly created domain names. When looking at domain names, the only real info that needs to be considered is the domain’s creation date. Domain names are registered and attached to an IP address of an existing computer server. This may also occur when someone reconfigures a domain for another purpose.

Death certificates were released. Bill Hutchinson wrote about this in the New York Daily News on June 18, 2013. The article was titled Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre death certificates released. All but two died from ‘multiple gunshot wounds’ — The documents were made public only after a Freedom of Information Act request. The tragic victims died at the hands of mass killer Adam Lanza, who stormed the Connecticut school Dec. 14, 2012 and fired a total of 154 rounds. James Fetzer says, "It was astonishing to learn that very unusual real estate transactions had taken place on 25 December 2009, where the homes of 15 of the 20 Sandy Hook child victims, 1-2 of the 7 adult victims, and all 6 of the Sandy Hook adult non-victims (the Phelps, Gene Rosen, the three Selectmen) have the mysterious sale date of Christmas Day and $0 sale price. Although not gifted on that same date, even the home of Nancy Lanza, the purported mother of the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, was bestowed upon her for $0 on 8 February 2011." James Tracy, on February 17, 2014 wrote an article, Sandy Hook: Free Homes and “Big Bucks” Incentives for Leaders and Players making the same claim. Tracy said, "These incentives include real estate transactions, whereby valuable homes were deeded to Newtown’s three Selectmen and to other participants for the sale price of $0 dollars on 25 December 2009, which may be the only real estate transactions on Christmas in the nation day, where they constituted very special and high-value-at-no-cost “Christmas presents”. The “survivors” have already raked in $27 million in donations to split." (where is Fetzer's proof?)

The truth is there are very few Newtown residents who DON'T have $0 listed on their houses in 2009. Properties that were bought within the last few years show the sales price. All others show $0 sold on 12/25/2009. This is true of EVERY street in Newtown and every other town in Connecticut, although other towns have different dates. "Sale Price-$0"

Wolfgang Halbig’s Property record http://www.lakecopropappr.com/property-details.aspx?AltKey=3827243^ (doesn't have a $0 or $10 as he only bought in 2010. But if you click the actual deed it too says $10. This is a normal deed thing. the actual sale price doesn't have to be listed.) Does that mean that some entity gifted him a home to become an SH hoaxer? According to James Tracy's tax records at http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/papa/Asps/PropertyDetail/PropertyDetail.aspx?parcel=06434707070010280& he paid $10 for his home as did Wolfgang Halbig. This info is from https://www.metabunk.org/debunked-sandy-hook-residents-got-their-houses-for-free.t3198/

Every 5-10 years there is a "physical" reassessment where inspectors physically check the properties and property lines in order to revalue homes to better reflect true market value. In Connecticut taxes are based on 70% of current market value. Connecticut Office of Policy and Management http://www.ct.gov/opm/cwp/view.asp?q=383128

From the August 2011 School Facilities Survey for Sandy Hook Elementary School above: "Check box if this facility is no longer used for school purposes" is NOT checked off. There is no year next to "Year facility closed." Under Appearance/Upkeep: Classrooms has a 2 (fair), while Building Facade, Grounds/Landscaping, and Lavatories/Fountains have a 3 (good). Entrance/Hallways, Lighting/Fixtures, Cafeteria, and Code Compliance have a 4 (excellent).

From NoHoax at https://www.metabunk.org/debunked-full-proof-sandy-hook-was-closed-5-yrs-ago.t3236/#post-156033

These are estimates, of course, but how many people would know that SHES was really closed in 2008?

500 SHES students.

1500 caregivers, siblings, etc. of the SHES students

100 teachers, admins and staff.

The school board

Every supplier, postal carrier, etc.

1000 kids in the other schools-the SHES student's have to go to school somewhere. The kids of the others schools will know that the bunch of new kids are from SHES.

Every teacher in the other schools would know, because suddenly the class size gets bigger to absorb the SHES students.

The teacher's union would know because there would severance for the SHES teachers and staff.

The town council would have to approve the closure and budget for it.

The local media would all report the closure

The local real estate agents would know, because having a house near a good school is worth extra money. So all these people would be aware of the closure, but there is no evidence that anyone ever spoke out about it. Sure the hoaxers can claim that SHES photos were all fakes, but can they deny that all the people would know of the closure? And if Sandy Hook were closed, how do you hide that it was suddenly reopened with hundreds of students and teachers, etc. Wow, that is lot of people to buy off.

In the image on the left, there is a tub of books on the floor. The very top book, The Obstinate Pen, was published in 2012. Are we supposed to believe that the perpetrators of the theoretical "FEMA drill" furnished the purportedly empty school down to the very last detail, even including books and magazines published in 2012? In the image below, we can see magazines on the coffee table. They are all from 2012, one of them being the December 2012 issue. Did "they" also furnish all of the other items in the lobby? Note the planter that was knocked over close to the hole.

Where is Dr. Eowyn (name is from Lord of the Rings) getting her information. One may view the actual video of this program here. There is absolutely NO mention of the SHES at the 5:45 mark. Bidondi makes that claim at 51:45. But is his claim credible? Where are his audio tapes of him talking to the neighbors? Which neighbors; what are their names?

The facilities survey for Sandy Hook Elementary School from 2011 had 1 fair, 3 good, and 4 excellent. The facilities survey for Middle Gate Elementary School was from 2013 and had 6 good and 2 excellent. Sandy Hook Elementary School was built in 1956. Middle Gate Elementary School was built in 1964. Both are listed as having a last major renovation in 1993.

Condition of America's Public School Facilities: 2012 –13:

Based on survey responses, 53 percent of public schools needed to spend money on repairs, renovations, and modernizations to put the school’s onsite buildings in good overall condition (table 5). The total amount needed was estimated to be approximately $197 billion, and the average dollar amount for schools needing to spend money was about $4.5 million per school.

From this July 13, 2012 article from The Newtown Bee, we find: "Work on the Sandy Hook School roof began in earnest last week as materials for the $180,000 project were set in position. The project to replace the school's entire roof won the school board’s nod over a $70,000 offer by Barrett Roofing and Supply Inc to repair leaks in the roof. The town has filed a lawsuit against Barrett for $15,000 in damages after the flat-style roof on the elementary school began leaking. The roof was installed five years ago."

Medicaid, the largest government program, pays for outpatient drugs. Almost 2.5 million Medicaid patients in nursing homes, according to a report published on June 13, 2005, in the Archives of Internal Medicine, receive unnecessary antipsychotic prescriptions in doses that are more than 50 percent of the maximum recommended dosage. Medicare, state-assisted Medicaid, and employer-provided insurance may have some consequences. The costs are often so high that the states do not have sufficient funds to revamp failing infrastructure. Manufacturers moved their production offshore to avoid paying what amounts to extra labor costs. NAFTA was also an economic assault on America in 1994. Then in 1997, the mental health legislation mandate, applicable even to smaller firms with only 25–49 employees, increased business costs.

In 2003, California, which calls its program California Medication Algorithm Project (CalMAP), spent more than $500 million through Medicaid just on the atypicals Risperdal, Zyprexa, and Seroquel. Beginning in 1996, the following states, besides Texas, initiated a Medication Algorithm Project: California, Colorado, Nevada, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Maryland, Missouri, and Washington DC.

Because of TMAP and TCMAP, the Texas Medicaid program was bankrupt by early 2001, as were the budgets of the state’s mental health and prison systems. The state was paying more for psychiatric medications than for any other type, and the number of patients was increasing. State mental hospitals and prisons have a continuous movement of institutionalized individuals who receive treatment while in those facilities, leave with prescriptions, and continue the same treatment following their release, paid for by Medicaid or Medicare. The prison system especially functions as a “patient recruitment and retention” for Big Pharma. When an individual becomes a ward of the state, whether in the prison system, a mental hospital, or outpatient facility, a nursing facility, then they become prime targets and it is open season for the drug companies. Someone else decides their psychological fate while the drug companies maximize their profits.

In 2008, Medicaid provided health coverage and services to approximately 49 million low-income children, pregnant women, elderly people, and disabled people. In 2009, 62.9 million Americans were enrolled in Medicaid. Unlike Medicare, a joint federal-state program, the states pick up part of the costs while the federal government pays about 57 percent of the expenses. This is obviously going to reduce the funds for other state-funded projects, like infrastructure maintenance. Federal Medicaid expenses were about $204 billion in 2008. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, passed in 2010, provides mental health services and prescription drugs and nursing facility care for those under the age of twenty-one. In 2001, the United States spent $85 billion just on mental health care. In 2008, that sales figure had increased to $170 billion. By 2015, experts expect that this spending will increase to $280 billion. The taxpayer, through Medicaid and Medicare, pays almost 60 percent of the nation’s costs for mental health care.

Putting Children at Risk

“According to information we obtained from Halbig himself, and his files, he has a history of filing workers compensation claims against his employers at Lake County and Seminole County Schools. When we asked him about this, he claimed there was a tripping incident at Dabney Elementary, and he told us that he was suffering from respiratory issues due to him investigating mold issues at new schools. He said the district was turning off air conditioning chilling units at night, which was causing toxic mold, and he believes he was exposed to it over a four year period.”

“We asked him if he ever reported the mold to the proper authorities because of the health hazard to children and teachers and he said, “You do not want to hear about the toxic mold because it gets parents really upset and the last thing I want to do is create problems that cannot be fixed because the rule makers are the school board members and the school superintendent. The State Department of Education has no say on Indoor Air Quality and Toxic Mold issues in schools or employee work centers.”

“The above statement by Halbig is horrific because, if true, he’s put the health of Lake County’s children at risk while he was Director of Security and Safety. He obviously was more concerned about his job at the School District back then. Citizens for Better Government, L.L.C. believes that the Lake County School Board should immediately inquire into the issue of possible toxic molds in our schools. Our concern is how many children have been knowingly exposed to toxic mold because some school bureaucrat decided to save a few pennies at night by turning air conditioners off? This is serious; shame on Halbig for not letting parents and teachers know!”

Did Wolfgang Halbig Seek Psychiatric Treatment?

http://lakecountygov.info/2010/10/20/did-wolfgang-halbig-seek-psychiatric-treatment/

This week, a reader forwarded documents to the Citizens for Better Government offices which show that on November 8, 2005, the law firm of Morgan & Morgan, on behalf of Wolfgang Halbig, filed a Petition for Benefits with the State of Florida, Division of Administrative Hearings, Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims.”

“According to the petition, Halbig sustained injuries to his right knee while restraining a student during a school fighting incident. The document states “The injured employee seeks Authorization and payment of evaluation and treatment with a psychiatrist as recommended by Dr. Rosen; see attached; Authorization and payment of Aquatic Therapy Program 3x/week for 2-3 months.”

The petition raises a couple of questions:  Did Wolfgang Halbig receive psychiatric treatment? If so, why was it recommended by Dr. Rosen?  The Petition also confirms earlier reports that Halbig filed workers compensation claims against his employers in the past. The documents were posted on Florida’s public records website. Morgan & Morgan, whose slogan is “For the People” is a popular Orlando-based law firm that specializes in compensation claims.”
